As the Swiss recruitment industry experiences a significant downturn, Interiman Group, the leading provider of HR and recruitment services in Switzerland, demonstrates its resilience by achieving a turnover of CHF 573 million in 2024, down only 3.4% from 2023. This performance stands in stark contrast to a 10.6% decline in the temporary employment market and a 20.8% drop in the permanent placement sector.
“This performance highlights the strength of our business model, proving its effectiveness even in challenging conditions. It also reflects the unwavering commitment of our teams.”,stated Raymond Knigge, Founder of Interiman Group. “We continue to grow with confidence by consolidating our services and accelerating our digital transformation.”
Acceleris acquisition enhances HR capabilities
Acceleris Consulting, a firm specialising in innovative HR solutions, enriches the Group’s offering in the areas of training, leadership, and change management. Founded in 2004 by Nicolas Worms, the company is known for its innovative and participative learning approaches. The acquisition is being carried out gradually, allowing Nicolas Worms to continue leading the company and ensure a smooth transition. This strategic integration reinforces the Group’s expertise and enables it to offer tailor-made solutions to large corporations, SMEs, NGOs, and public organisations.
Raphael Schmid, CEO of Interiman Group, adds: “The acquisition of Acceleris Consulting perfectly reflects our growth strategy: expanding our capabilities, strengthening our local presence, and offering innovative HR solutions. These initiatives enable us to outperform the market and maintain strong momentum.”
Rebranding: Clarity and simplification under the albedis brand
On January 1st, Interiman Group successfully completed its rebranding project, merging the Interiman, Arobase, and albedis brands. Since then, a new entity under the albedis name has been dedicated to the tertiary sector, professional profiles, and Executive Search. This strategic restructuring aims to simplify the Group’s service offering while enhancing its national visibility.
